We are seeking an experienced System Administrator (IIS / Windows Server SME) to manage, maintain, and optimize Windows-based infrastructure and IIS environments. The role requires strong expertise in server administration, web hosting environments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Administer and manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)

• Install, configure, and maintain IIS (Internet Information Services) servers and hosted applications

• Monitor server performance, availability, and reliability; implement improvements where required

• Perform application deployments, configuration changes, and patch management

• Troubleshoot complex issues related to IIS, Windows OS, and hosted applications

• Manage SSL certificates, DNS, and domain configurations

• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices

• Work closely with development and DevOps teams for environment setup and release activities

• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting

• Maintain system documentation and SOPs
  

• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration

• Hands-on expertise in IIS configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS

• Experience with PowerShell scripting

• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, ports, firewalls, load balancing)

• Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
