Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (SaaS / B2B)
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SaaS marketing and B2B demand generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads through multiple online channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and performance marketing expertise to drive measurable business growth and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for SaaS products and services
Run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Other relevant digital channels
Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Build and manage campaign funnels, landing pages, lead forms, and conversion workflows
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives and target audiences
Track campaign performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize ROI and conversion rates
Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiatives
Support content marketing efforts including:
Blogs
Case studies
Ad creatives
Thought leadership campaigns
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for digital growth
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting
Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong exposure to SaaS products/services
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns
Hands-on expertise with:
LinkedIn Ads Manager
Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of:
Performance marketing
Funnel optimization
Conversion tracking
Campaign analytics
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
Familiarity with:
SEO & SEM
Email marketing
Content-driven lead generation strategies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
