Business Analyst
Responibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple business domains
Assess current and future-state business processes
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders
Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support requirements related to Oracle ERP integrations and enterprise data flows
Collaborate with ERP implementation teams and internal stakeholders to align business and technical requirements
Assist in mapping business processes to ERP capabilities and integration requirements
Support data conversion and system integration discussions
Help define requirements for interfaces between enterprise platforms and operational systems
Support discussions related to data quality, data ownership, and governance processes
Produce and maintain business analysis artifacts such as BRDs, RTMs, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
Ensure requirements traceability throughout project execution
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, Integration teams, and Data Governance stakeholders
Support prioritization and backlog refinement activities
Assist business users during UAT preparation and validation
Support issue analysis, defect clarification, and change requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Business process modeling and analysis
Experience with stakeholder management
Experience working in enterprise transformation initiatives
Experience supporting Oracle ERP or enterprise ERP programs
Understanding of enterprise system integrations and data flows
Familiarity with API/integration concepts
Understanding of data mapping and business data transformations
Basic understanding of Data Governance concepts, including Data Quality and Compliance processes
Experience working alongside technical and integration teams
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
