Project Manager

InnoWave is looking for a dynamic, agile person, good communication skills to complete our team. If you're based in Lisbon, this might be the opportunity for you!

Project Manager

Responibilities 

  • Manage the lifecycle of AI projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

  • Work closely with Development, Architecture, and Support teams

  • Translate business needs into feasible technical requirements

  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across projects

  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, architecture guidelines, and technology best practices

  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics of implemented AI projects

  • Stay up to date with AI trends in the telecommunications sector

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills 

  • Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.

  • Minimum of 3 of experience in managing technology projects, preferably focused on AI/ML

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly valued

  • General knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies (programming skills are not required, but understanding how they work is essential)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  • Knowledge of data engineering and cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is considered a plus

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
