UX/UI Designer with Frontend Skills

Responsibilities

Support the UX discovery phase of projects, including user research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and pain point identification
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for web and mobile applications
Collaborate in Design Thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Design Systems, component libraries, and style guides
Ensure visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior across all deliverables
Work closely with frontend engineers to support the implementation of designs
Validate solutions through usability testing, prototype reviews, and iterative feedback cycles
Contribute to information architecture, navigation flows, and interaction patterns across multiple platforms
Support pre-sales activities when needed, including UX scoping and proposal mockups
Document design decisions and support handover processes to development teams

Skills

Around 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
Portfolio demonstrating experience across the product design lifecycle
Advanced proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
Good understanding of interaction design, usability principles, visual design fundamentals, and accessibility standards
Experience working with Design Systems and component libraries
Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
Understanding of frontend technologies and implementation constraints
Experience with HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript is highly valued
Familiarity with tools such as Storybook, Tailwind, or modern frontend workflows is considered a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working in agile and multidisciplinary environments
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and user-focused mindset
Fluent in English — written and spoken (mandatory)
