Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Product Owner to lead the strategy, planning, development, and adoption of enterprise digital and AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, UX, sales, and leadership teams to identify market opportunities, translate business challenges into scalable product capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of secure, high-quality products.
The successful candidate should be equally comfortable defining product strategy and vision while driving execution through Agile delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap.
Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive differentiators.
Translate business objectives into measurable product initiatives.
Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
Build business cases for new features, products, and market expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on product packaging, pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
Customer & Market Discovery
Engage with customers, sales teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and business challenges.
Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
Convert customer-specific requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Analyze competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Validate ideas through prototypes, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and customer feedback.
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and roadmap.
Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, DevOps, Security, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Provide functional clarifications and prioritization decisions during development.
Review and accept completed features based on agreed acceptance criteria.
Balance new feature development with platform stability, technical debt, performance, and security improvements.
Product Launch & Adoption
Coordinate successful product releases with engineering, support, sales, marketing, documentation, and customer success teams.
Prepare product documentation, release notes, feature briefs, presentations, and training materials.
Support customer demonstrations, workshops, proposals, pilots, and pre-sales activities.
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to increase product adoption, customer retention, and business growth.
Gather post-release feedback and incorporate insights into future roadmap planning.
Product Performance & Governance
Define and monitor key product success metrics, including adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and operational performance.
Leverage product analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
Track roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, accessibility, and enterprise governance standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Compliance teams where necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
Proven experience managing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, AI products, workflow applications, or digital solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the complete product development lifecycle.
Experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, security, deployment models, and data flows.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to prioritize competing business needs.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
