Senior QA – SAP experience
Responsibilities
Define, plan, and execute quality assurance and testing activities across SAP solutions and business processes.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Design, document, execute, and maintain functional and integration test cases.
Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Contribute to the adoption and use of AI-driven tools and approaches to improve testing efficiency, quality, and automation.
Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of automated test solutions.
Ensure testing activities are aligned with project objectives, quality standards, and business requirements.
Take ownership of assigned activities, proactively identify risks and issues, and contribute to their resolution.
Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar areas.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing roles.
Solid professional experience in SAP environments.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
ISTQB certification is mandatory.
Experience with SAP testing, including functional and integration testing.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Experience with test automation is highly valued.
Interest or experience in using AI tools and technologies to support QA and testing activities is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High level of autonomy, accountability, initiative, and proactivity.
Strong commitment to delivery quality and continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments.
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
Availability to work in a hybrid regime in Lisbon.
