P&C Lead Consultant (Temporary Cover)
Responsibilities
Update and communicate changes to internal HR policies.
Organize training sessions, applying the DAR methodology to select providers, validating content and budgets, and managing logistics (invitations, attendance, feedback).
Coordinate talent management and succession strategies, developing leadership initiatives, including content for performance reviews and development programs.
Manage career processes: update models, job descriptions, and competencies, and coordinate changes in the HR Management System.
Manage the onboarding process end-to-end, from welcome sessions and documentation to social security/health insurance integration and monitoring the first two months.
Support payroll processes: validate data, resolve issues, and calculate bonuses.
Manage vacations, ensuring legal compliance, updating balances, addressing anomalies, and encouraging timely usage.
Administer employment contracts (probation, renewals, transitions) and manage insurance processes (incident reporting, renewal negotiations, IEFP internship coverage).
Coordinate occupational health appointments and workplace health and safety processes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, handle employee document requests, and manage internships (IEFP applications, compliance, and documentation).
Administer HR systems, provide support, activate features, and handle annual renewals.
Manage benefits (enrollments, renewals, reimbursements, and invoices for health insurance, mobile plans, and flexible benefits), as well as student-worker status and tuition reimbursements.
Coordinate corporate surveys, respond to external data requests, and organize monthly company events.
Skills
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar People & Culture / HR Generalist role.
Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR compliance processes.
Experience managing end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, career management, payroll support, benefits, and contracts.
Experience coordinating training and talent development initiatives.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external entities (insurance providers, IEFP, social security).
Fluent in Portuguese and English - written and spoken (mandatory).
Nice to Have
Knowledge of PHC, Power BI, Cornerstone, or other HR tools.
