Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for testing.

• Conduct testing and validation of communications (SMS, Email, and Letter).

• Ensure client requirements are clearly understood by the project team and developers.

• Support the evolution of existing applications and the design of new ones through requirements gathering.

• Elaborate and operationalize test acceptance criteria.

Skills

• Up to 10 years' experience in the role for which the service is being hired.

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or other relevant field.

• Experience with project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking.

• Excellent analysis and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and proactivity.

• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.

• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce (a plus).

• Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools (valued).

• Languages (written and spoken): English (mandatory)
